Neighbors anxious to weigh in on development plans for Cory Road will have to wait a little longer.

A big crowd turned out in September to hear plans for 90 stacked townhomes presented to the Morristown planning board. But a continuation scheduled for this Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, has been postponed.

Board Chairman Joe Stanley said the applicant has requested more time to revise the plans. He is hopeful they will be ready for the December meeting.

However, the board will review another matter on Thursday: Whether a building on 237 South St. should be designated for “non-condemnation rehabilitation.” Showtime is 7 pm at town hall.
