The area’s best players will test their skills when the Morristown Game Vault and the International Flipper Pinball Association stage The Spring Fling Charity Pinball Tournament to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Commenting on this very first tournament, to be staged from May 19 to May 21 , owner David Balsamini of the Morristown Game Vault, located at 22 South Street offers that, “it has been a dream come true to be able to convert a former PNC Bank into a treasure trove of classic video games and the widest assortment of pinball machines in the area. We have been able to provide the community with an unparalleled entertainment destination. And now, with the help of Steven Epstein of the IFPA, we are so proud to have our first major pinball tournament with the proceeds going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It is a charity that is very much near and dear to my heart.”

In just over a decade, the International Flipper Pinball Association has been able to provide support, guidance and a structure to solidify all pinball players and competitions with the help of more than two dozen different IFPA country directors leading the charge.

The result has been over $1.5 million in cash and prizes awarded during the past twelve months.
