This Tuesday night, March 4, 2025, the League of Women Voters of New Jersey and local New Jersey Leagues join the League of Women Voters of the United States and other nonpartisan, pro-democracy organizations across the country hosting rallies that bring people together in reflection, action, and solidarity during the President’s State of the Union Address to Congress.
“Instead of tuning in to the State of the Union Address, we are bringing people together with a call for hope and action. No matter our differences, we are united by our shared belief in freedom, justice, and the promise of a government that serves all of us,” said Debbie McComber, vice president of the LWV of NJ.

-Questions the ethnicity of a person
-Take two if the article mentioned a surname that isn’t ‘American’
-Take three if the phrase ‘Just asking for a friend’ or ‘as a wonder’ is used to project that the question wasn’t racist.
-Uses the term liberal, left, leftist
-Take two if it is used in the first sentence as a rebuttal to another comment.
-Every time there are three consecutive posts with each one getting increasingly angry, even though no one else has tried to contribute to the thread.
-Is derogatory towards women.
-Includes a reference to ‘trans topics’ when it has no bearing on the article.
-Includes a sentence with lots of disjointed words that make no sense
-Take two if there are multiple truncated sentences
-Take three if they accuse someone of using AI for translation and not using native English when the comment looks like the poster also used Google translate.
-Talks about unity, but then tells anyone with an opposing view to move and leave the country
-Take two if they refer to a Republican ‘Regime’ and not a government or democracy.

What we are saying is that protesting the republican political climate, and saturating every venue and topic know to man has become draining and repulsive .
We need unity and the conservative movement is protecting our country and its past, present and future.
To the point. We don’t understand what the point of this article and the cause behind it.
I love Morristowngreen.com and its incredible, wide-ranging stories. I’m at a loss on understanding some recent comments that sound like dense phrases and loaded words strung together, I guess to provoke responses. But I don’t understand the point because it’s as though certain commenters have chosen words and phrases without clarifying what and why they’re writing.
At the FEC.gov website, you can look up the political contributions of the leaders of the LWV and determine for yourself how non-partisan they are.
Sounds like Chris, Chris and Dave need a hug.
It isn’t a State of the Union address.
Sounds like an anti Christian, alternative lifestyle extremist brigade that resents merit, leave, economics and biology.
Embarrassing. The left can’t handle basic logic. It’s unbearable.
