The Morris Plains Farmers Market and Morris Plains Police Department will host an E-Bike and E-Scooter Educational Day this Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026.
Morris Plains officers will be on-site to provide safety instruction, answer questions, and discuss key guidelines for e-bike and e-scooter riders, including: Local rules and regulations, including the new ordinance – ORD 9-2026 EBIKE ORDINANCE; helmet and safety gear standards; battery charging and safety best practices; and tips for safely sharing the road.
In addition, Marty’s Reliable Cycles of Morristown is sponsoring a bicycle accessory raffle for attendees. Stop by and submit a raffle ticket!
Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, our Saturday Spotlight will shine on the incredible talent of Mike Connor, performing live for your enjoyment. This fantastic musical performance is proudly sponsored by Weichert Realtors.
