From Chabad of Morristown:
As Passover approaches, Chabad of Morristown is preparing to welcome the community to its traditional Passover Seders on April 1 & 2, 2026, at 7:15 PM, offering a meaningful and authentic way to celebrate the holiday.
Passover, one of the most widely observed Jewish holidays, commemorates the Exodus of the Jewish people from Egypt—marking the birth of Jewish identity and freedom. At the heart of the holiday is the Seder, a ritual-rich evening where participants relive the journey from slavery to freedom through storytelling, symbolic foods, and time-honored traditions like matzah and the four cups of wine.
Chabad’s Seder is designed to give participants a genuine, immersive Passover experience—ideal for individuals and families looking to celebrate the holiday in a warm, welcoming, and traditional setting, whether they are hosting their own Seder or joining one for the first time.
Guests will enjoy a full holiday dinner, handmade Shmurah Matzah, and a clear, engaging Seder that brings the story and traditions to life.
“Our goal is to make sure that anyone looking to celebrate Passover has a place to do so with dignity, meaning, and joy,” said Rabbi Moishe Gurevitz, co-director of Chabad of Morristown, together with his wife Mushkie Gurevitz. “We’ve created an environment where people can truly experience the Seder—not just observe it.”
In addition to the Seders, Chabad of Morristown offers support for a meaningful Passover, including selling chametz and access to Shmurah Matzah. For more details, and reservations, go here.
