Tonight, Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024, the Jake Thistle Band performs at 6:30 at the Ginty Gazebo in Morris Township.
Also on Tuesday, Morristown’s Mayo Performing Arts Center presents Disney’s Wish (10:30 am) and the Bob Marley biopic, One Love (7 pm), indoors. More about this is here.
On Wednesday, Aug. 14, the Morris Plains Community Band returns to Roberts Garden at 6:30 pm with the Swing Tones, a 20-piece swing jazz ensemble, for a concert of Count Basie and Duke Ellington hits, “featuring the vocal stylings of Mark Gold, who will be performing several songs that were recorded by Frank Sinatra with the Count Basie Orchestra.”
And at 7 pm on Thursday, Aug. 15, Morristown Recreation presents The Little Mermaid at Lidgerwood Park.
