Due to the upcoming snowstorm, garbage collection will be canceled for the North Zone on Tuesday, Feb. 13th, 2024.
Garbage Collection for the North Zone will resume on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024.
Recycling day on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, will continue as always.
From Morris Township:
Due to the inclement weather prediction for tomorrow, the Department of Public Works has cancelled collection of trash & recycling for Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024. The trash and recycling schedule will be as follows:
- Tuesday’s trash and recycling collection will occur on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024
- Wednesday’s trash and recycling collection will occur on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024
- Thursday’s trash & recycling collection will occur on Friday, Feb 16, 2024
Area 3 Large Item Trash Collection is still scheduled for Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, for all residents who scheduled a pick-up.

For your convenience, our Recycling Depot located on Jane Way is open Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 1:45 PM.
