Usually you must wait until the weekend for one of the Morris Tourism Bureau’s popular walking tours. But here’s a rare midweek chance to explore downtown Morristown with an ace historian:

Visit highlights of the Morristown Historic District, beginning with the 1827 Courthouse and ending in the historic 1733 graveyard.
Carol Barkin of the Morris County Tourism Bureau and the Morristown Historic Preservation Commission will lead this Bones and Stones tour, on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, and again on Saturday, Aug. 13th, at 11 am.
Tours will begin at 6 Court St., Morristown. Pre-registration and pre-payment required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Tickets are $25. All participants will receive a $10 Morristown Partnership Gift Certificate.
