From Preschool Advantage:

Broadway’s Kate Baldwin to Kick-Off Preschool Advantage Fall Fundraiser!
Event to Feature “No Small Matter” Documentary from Emmy-Winning Team
of Siskel/Jacobs and Executive Producer Alfre Woodard

Preschool Advantage is a 26-year-old Morristown nonprofit that raises funds to provide tuition assistance to children from local families in need.

It’s the only organization in New Jersey that offers tuition assistance to families who earn more than the poverty level (and therefore are not eligible for government funding) but less than is needed for a sustainable household budget.

Preschool Advantage will hold its annual fundraiser under the stars in Morris Township at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm, a facility of the Morris County Park Commission, on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, at 6:30 pm.

Gates will open at 5:30 pm and guests are encouraged to arrive early. The program will feature multi-talented musician Stephen Bard, and a special performance from the Tony-nominated Broadway star, Kate Baldwin, who will perform an original arrangement honoring the directors of the Organization’s partner preschools for their heroic work throughout the pandemic.

The program will feature a 35-minute director’s cut of the 2020 documentary film, No Small Matter, co-directed by Emmy-winners Danny Alpert and Greg Jacobs, and executive produced by legendary actress and activist, Alfre Woodard.

Charity auctioneer Nick Dawes, known to many through Antiques Roadshow, will lend his talents to the evening as Preschool Advantage strives to raise funds to send 40 local children to preschool with proceeds from the event.
