  1. All the nameless commentators seem to think they know more about my motives than I do. My choice is to be cautious to protect others. Nothing would make me happier than to be proven wrong and to find that not a single additional life has been lost to the still active Covid 19, as a result of joining the crowds, ignoring the warnings.

  2. Gambling with the lives of children: Per NJ Covid Dashboard, there have been 3 deaths in school aged children from Covid. While 1 is 1 too many, an education in risk assessment seems in order.

  3. Gambling with the lives of children? Hmmm how interesting. Have you stayed away from all crowded events during flu season since flu is far more deadly to children than COVID? You are staying away to protect children? I truly feel for those who live in this constant fate of illogical alternate reality. I guess you realize that masks don’t work (otherwise you could wear one whenever you wanted for protection and not be in fear) and I guess you don’t think vaccines work if you got yours and are still living in fear. Sad.

  4. We all know Marge can’t wait for the numbers to spike. Worry about yourself Marge and let my kids and family live the life we want to live.

MY BODY MY CHOICE! MY BODY MY CHOICE!

  5. I missed this special event because I feared the lack of precautions. Guess I’m just not a gambler, especially when the lives of children are involved. In a few weeks, we’ll know who was mentally deficient.
I for one appreciate the opportunity to attend the book fair, finding the required precautions are quite reasonable in these times, as covid 19 cases continue to increase, not just in NJ but in Morristown.

  6. Excellent observation Enough Excuses. The virus is alive and well only at certain events run by a particular leaning group of people.

These people get aroused thinking that the the virus may be lurking around the corner; what a horrible way to live. These people are mentally deficient.

  7. Actually Stuck – no restrictions at this event or the Jazz Fest! So weird because apparently if you want to go to the Book Festival, you need mask and vaccine card but for these other events, nada! I guess next weekend at more spread out book event, the virus is expected to be more rampant and virulent or maybe it targets book lovers, who knows? Ask Fauci??
This past weekend the virus must have been taking a rest.

  8. Make sure you arrive with a negative Covid test, your vaccination card and a double masked face. Taking all of these precautions will ensure you’ll have a safe and memorable experience.
