From Bethsaida Chapter 7:

Last weekend’s giveaway was scheduled for an 11 am start. But the line in the Bishop Nazery Way parking lot started forming an hour earlier.

The Brothers and Sisters of Bethsaida Chapter No. 7 distributed 300 book bags along with school supplies donated from Chapter members, The Horseshoe Tavern, and the local Staples store.

Mayor Tim Dougherty and Council Vice President Toshiba Foster were on hand as well to greet the children and the members of Bethsaida Chapter No.7, who came out to lend their assistance for this charitable initiative.

The members of Bethsaida were happy to support the community in this effort, and hope  the children of Morristown will feel a little more encouraged when going back to school next month!
