Santa is setting up shop in Morristown this weekend.

The North Pole on North Park Place will be making merry across from the Green from noon to 4 pm, starting on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, and continuing at the same times on Sunday, and on each weekend through Dec. 20.

Here’s how organizers from the Morristown Partnership describe it:

Families are invited to take a socially distant stroll down North Park Place while enjoying the holiday scenery; visitors will be able to see Santa and communicate with him through the window at 17 North Park Place. While the Morristown Partnership will not be offering photos, upon reaching Santa all visitors are welcome to take their own photos. In consideration of others and capacity limitations, visits will be limited to 5 minutes. Reservations are highly recommended.

And if you missed seeing Santa’s firetruck tour last weekend, you’ll have several more chances.

On Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, the Morristown Fire Bureau will take Santa through Wards 1 and 3.  On Sunday, Dec. 20, they will ride through Wards 2 and 4.

You will be able to pinpoint their whereabouts by following Morristown FMBA 43 on Facebook or Instagram. (If bad weather is forecast, Santa will saddle up on Saturdays.)

Santa also will be making the rounds with Morris Township Firefighters:

Sunday, Dec 13: Fairchild Firehouse Santa Tour
Saturday, Dec 19: Hillside Hose Co. Santa Tour (North of Mendham Road)
Sunday, Dec 20: Hillside Hose Co. Santa Tour(South of Mendham Road)
Sunday, Dec 20: Woodland Fire Co. Santa Tour

On Sunday, Dec. 20, Santa also will tour Morris Plains, with help from Borough Firefighters.

After all these whirlwind visits, Christmas Eve should be a breeze for Mr. Kringle!
