Our Happy Virtual Holidays 2020 series of memorable performances continues with this moving rendition of Stevie Wonder’s Someday at Christmas, sung by Bobbi Baitey and fellow members of the Mayo Performing Arts Center’s Performing Arts Company.

Video: ‘Someday at Christmas’ by the MPAC Performing Arts Company:

It was recorded on the Vail Mansion lawn on the frosty evening of Dec. 7, 2019, for the Theatre of Light, a celebration organized by the Morristown Cultural District.

That’s a consortium of MPAC, the Morristown & Township Library, the Presbyterian Church in MorristownSt. Peter’s Episcopal Church and the Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen.

Bobbi Baitey was a Morristown High School junior when she soloed on this song.

Gatherings are limited by the pandemic, so we’re dipping into our video vault every day to share festive moments from seasons past. Happy Holidays!
