The Easter Bunny took time from his busy schedule this weekend to visit kids at Morristown Medical Center.
From a safe distance, of course.
The furry fellow got a lift from his pals at the Madison Fire Department on Saturday.
For the occasion, Chief Lou DeRosa and his team polished their 1921 Arens-Fox fire truck, a gift from the late Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge.

The visit capped a rolling Easter Parade through the streets of Madison, organized by firefighters and borough police to bring holiday cheer during the shelter-in-place coronavirus pandemic.
“It was a beautiful thing,” DeRosa said of the public response. On some streets, “every house had someone waving.”
At the medical center, workers from the emergency department and the Goryeb Children’s Hospital popped outside when the sirens blared.
“The medical workers gave a thumbs-up to us–when they deserve all the credit for what they’re doing,” the chief said.
And how about the antique truck?
“She’s an old girl, but she ran strong and well,” DeRosa said.
She’s a workhorse, not a luxury vehicle, he added.
“The seat in that truck is not built for five hours of sitting. My butt is sore!”
