From the Morris Educational Foundation:
Schools in the Morris School District are closed and teaching is occurring online, but the Morris Educational Foundation (MEF), is still awarding scholarships to deserving Morristown High School students come June.
The MEF, a non-profit organization enhancing excellence in education in the Morris School District, is currently accepting online applications from Morristown High School seniors for any of its 15 college scholarships.
The online application process allows students to apply for all scholarships at one time, which reduces the time spent on submitting common application information.
Fifteen scholarships are open for every student, including some of the following below:
Judy and Eliot Steinberg Scholarship – Up to $25,000 annually for four years
Awarded annually to up to three Morristown High School seniors who intend to continue their education at a New Jersey public college.
Wong Family Scholarship – $20,000 ($5,000 annually for four years)
A merit-based scholarship for a student in the top of the Morristown High School graduating class.
