Romance is in the air this weekend.

And by George, so are Washington and Lincoln.

Greater Morristown offers plenty of lovely entertainment that’s sure to impress your Valentine, if not your president.

THURSDAY, FEB. 13, 2020:

The Morristown & Township Library continues its Film Noir series with Devil in a Blue Dress (1996), starring Denzel Washington and Don Cheadle, at 2 pm and 6:45 pm. Free, light refreshments. At One Miller Road, Morristown.

The North Jersey American Revolution Round Table presents historian Eric Schnitzer, who will discuss his new book, Campaign to Saratoga – 1777, at  7 pm in the Great Hall of the Washington’s Headquarters Museum in Morristown. Free. At 30 Washington Place.

Morning Yoga with Munah Hayes returns to the Morristown & Township Library at 9:30 am. Free. Bring a yoga mat. At One Miller Road, Morristown.

The Folk Project’s monthly Open Stage in Morris Township opens at 7:30 pm. Admission: $10, Folk Project members get in free. Regular open stage follows the presentation. At the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Road.

SATURDAY, FEB. 15:

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown celebrates 130 years of choral history with a 4 pm Choir Alumni Concert, featuring past and present chorus members from near and far. Suggested donation: $25. At 121 South St.

SUNDAY, FEB. 16:

Grow It Green Morristown hosts the Seventh Annual Winter Farmers Market, from 10 am to 1 pm at the Alexander Hamilton School in Morristown. More than a dozen regional vendors sell everything from pasture-fed meat to winter produce, every Sunday through March 29, 2020.

Morristown’s Mayo Performing Arts Center presents the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, with a program of Poleva, Shostakovich and Schumann, at 3 pm.  Tickets: $39-$69. At 100 South St., 973-539-8008.

MONDAY, FEB. 17, PRESIDENTS DAY:

The Morris Museum in Morris Township presents toy piano virtuoso Phyllis Chen at 1 pm, in a family-friendly workshop to help her create music for her upcoming show Automatoys.  At 6 Normandy Heights Road, 973-971-3700.
