October 15, 2019, is the deadline to register to vote in New Jersey. New Jersey does not allow online registration. Morris County voters can register in person until 9pm at the Board of Elections, Administration & Records Building, Morristown, or download the form and mail it to the Board of Elections (address below) postmarked midnight Oct. 15.

Did you know that anyone can Vote by Mail? An absentee ballot is not just for people out of town. It’s convenient and guarantees you’ll “turn out” to vote. An Application for Vote by Mail Ballot must be submitted by mail 7 days before the Election or in person the day before. The ballot must be postmarked or submitted in person on Election Day (November 5, 2019).
Did know you can vote early in New Jersey? Early voting hours are held at the County Clerk’s Office (address below). You can vote now through Nov. 4 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Extended hours are: Tuesday, October 15, 8:00am – 9:00pm. Tuesday, October 29, 8:00am – 7:00pm. Saturday, November 2, 8:00am – 12:00pm.
