The Seventh Annual New Jersey Uke Fest got off to a rollicking start on Friday with a Woodstock sing-along and concerts by Rachel Manke and Gerald Ross.

The fun continues today, Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, with workshops and jam sessions all day at the Ukrainian American Cultural Center in Whippany. The evening’s concerts feature Christopher Davis-Shannon and the duo of Heidi Swedberg and Daniel Ward .

There’s always room for one more at a uke festival (ukuleles don’t take up much space), so check it out. Ticket info is here.

And Sunday morning, stop by the Morristown Green around 10.30 11.45 am for more jamming fun.
