Updated plans for
M Station are to the Morristown council tonight, Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019, at 7 pm. scheduled for presentation
“M Station” is the office/retail redevelopment proposed for the Midtown Shopping Center, now home to Burger King, Macho Nacho, Cluck U Chicken and other businesses, at Spring and Morris streets.

The council also may approve Morris Street 2015 LLC as the redeveloper of the
LW, an 85-unit “Live/Work” apartment complex intended for work-from-home tenants.
Hampshire Realty pitched this project for Morris Street after neighbors vigorously opposed a proposed self-storage facility on the site of a former auto repair shop.
The redevelopment meeting is at town hall, 200 South St.
