Start bagging those bills: Shredder returns to Morristown, April 27



Spring cleaning time is here again. Which means… time to shred your old bills, taxes and love letters!

The Morristown Kiwanis are hosting their annual shredding event on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 9 am behind town hall.

It will cost you $5 per bag or box, with proceeds benefiting the Kiwanis’ high school scholarship fund.  From the organization:

Please bring your documents in either paper bags or cardboard boxes weighing no more than 10 pounds.  Shredding is limited to confidential and sensitive materials only. Please recycle all other paper. No binders or magazines. * Plan to arrive early as this event will end prior to 12 noon if the shredding truck reaches capacity.

The town hall parking lot can be accessed from Franklin Street. The event is co-sponsored by the Morristown Clean Communities Program. Shredding service are provided by Cipshred of Morristown.
