Friday night was just the warmup. Starting this afternoon, Sunday, March 3, 2019, and into early Monday, Greater Morristown may see five- to eight inches of snow.

According to a Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service, a mix of rain and snow may develop as early as 3 pm, turning to all snow as temperatures drop in the evening:

Snowfall rates of up to an inch per hour will be possible between about 5
PM and 11 PM. While the snow will end before the Monday morning
commute, hazardous conditions should still be occurring from
the earlier heavy snow.

Morristown residents can shelter their cars with free parking in several garages between 4 pm Sunday and 8 am Tuesday, March 5, 2019. More details are here.
