Who needs an Oscars host… when you have the Morristown & Township Library?

Sunday’s host-less Academy Awards telecast was plenty entertaining, thanks to library staffers who threw their fourth annual Oscars party.

(Okay, Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper were pretty good, too.)

Complete with a red carpet, candy prizes for Oscar trivia game winners, and even a modest cash bar (a lubrary fundraiser), this bash drew an enthusiastic crowd to cheer and jeer the onscreen speeches.

(There was no applause meter, but Olivia Colman’s Best Actress speech seemed to be the Favourite.)

One crucial award remains: The winner of the party pool.  Who had the most accurate crystal ball?  We’re paging the reference desk…
