A motor vehicle crash has knocked down a traffic signal at the intersection of Morris Street and East Park Police, so Morris Street traffic approaching the Morristown Green is down to one lane, police are reporting on Monday morning, Nov. 19, 2018.
Repairs by the state Department of Transportation might not begin until 9 or 10 am, police say.
“Expect traffic and congestion in this area and plan alternate routes if possible,” police advise.
