It’s a message that will never grow old, not to the cyclists of Team 26.
They stopped in Morristown this weekend during their 400-mile ride from Newtown CT to Washington DC to plead with Congress to enact common-sense gun laws.
This is their sixth ride since 26 children and teachers were murdered at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in December 2012.
Saturday’s rally came one day after President Trump addressed the National Rifle Association and assured members he would protect their Second Amendment Rights that “are under siege.”
Team 26 Leader Monte Frank told supporters gathered outside Morristown town hall that his group will saddle up every year, until its message gets through.
