Who knew a calming book about meditation would take eight grueling months to write?

Justyn Comer humorously and colorfully described the process last week at his Morristown book launch, in the packed Great Hall of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, where he teaches free classes on Wednesday nights.

Rector Janet Broderick, who quizzed Comer about Meditation for Life, said she enjoyed reading it and added that classes with Comer actually helped her succeed during the Church’s stewardship campaign.

The book is available on Amazon.com.

And if you want to give meditation a try, Comer can be found on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM in the chapel at St. Peter’s.
