Got a question for Morristown’s candidates?

You can ask them on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, starting at 7 pm at the Thomas Jefferson School, at 101 James St. in Morristown.

The League of Women Voters candidates forum will present mayoral candidates Tim Dougherty, a Democrat seeking his third term, and Alison Deeb, a Republican councilwoman serving her third term in the Fourth Ward.

They will field audience questions for the first hour. The second hour features the council candidates. Three four-year, at-large seats are being contested.

The Democratic ticket includes incumbents Toshiba Foster and Michael Elms and newcomer David Silva, a pastor.

For the GOP, William Needham III and James Sullivan Jr., who volunteered together for Preserve Greystone, are campaigning together. Celeste Kaitsa, an aspiring paralegal from the Fourth Ward, rounds out the slate.

Election Day is Nov. 7.
