The U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Concert Band will perform at Morristown’s Mayo Performing Arts Center on Monday, Nov. 6, 2017. Admission to the 7:30 pm show is free.
MPAC is excited to present this free concert showcasing the talents of the musical ambassadors of the U.S. Air Force. This concert is the latest in our ongoing series of free concerts, movies and more to make the arts accessible to all members of the community.
For six decades, the USAF Heritage of America Concert Band has educated, inspired and entertained over 1.5 million people annually, by providing music for events that support Airmen and their families, honor our Nation’s veterans and build relationships of trust between the American people and their Air Force.
The Concert Band is comprised of over 40 professional Airman-musicians who captivate audiences on regular tours throughout the East Coast with a variety of renditions of great orchestral classics, marches, Broadway hits, jazz standards, movie music and patriotic favorites.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of MPAC free concerts, there is a four ticket limit in order to accommodate as many people as possible. Tickets must be picked up at the MPAC box office by Friday, Oct. 27. After Oct. 27, non-claimed tickets will go back into circulation so others may take advantage of this free event.
