From Morristown Medical Center:

Trish O’Keefe PhD, RN, president of Morristown Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, was recently named to Irish America’s Healthcare and Life Sciences 50.

The annual list of only 50 people pays tribute to Irish and Irish-American healthcare professionals, and those who work in the medical field.

O’Keefe is a second-generation Irish-American, and her family hails from County Cork, Ireland.

“I am incredibly proud of my Irish heritage,” O’Keefe said.

“I attribute being Irish-American to the qualities of strength, perseverance, love of family, loyalty, spirituality, and the ability to enjoy life. I aspire to have each of these attributes in both my professional and personal life.”
