Patients undergoing surgery at Morristown Medical Center probably would not notice anything different about Dr. Christopher McCulloh.

His Levo C3 wheelchair enables him to stand while performing operations.

McCulloch, who navigates in a wheelchair because of a slip-and-fall spinal injury, will be featured on ABC’s 20/20 this Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017, at 10 pm.

He is among a handful of physicians nationwide chosen for the segment, which promotes a new series, The Good Doctor, about an M.D. with autism.

McCulloh, 37, is a third-year surgical resident at the hospital.  He earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, and was post-doc research fellow at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

The Jersey City resident wants to become a pediatric surgeon, according to Morristown Medical Center.
