Outdoor summer fun swings into high gear in Morris Township with a pair of concerts and a movie under the stars over the next week.
On Saturday, July 8, 2017, the band Due South performs country- and southern rock favorites at Ginty Pool at 3 pm.
The Hanover Wind Symphony is next, with a free concert at the Ginty Field Gazebo on Tuesday, July 11 at 7 p.m. Bring lawn chairs or a beach blanket.
Come back on Wednesday, July 12, for a free screening of the animated movie Jungle Book (Rated PG). It’s a live-action/CGI film that tells the story of Mowgli, an orphaned human boy who’s guided by his animal guardians on a journey of self-discovery while evading the threatening Shere Khan.
Arrive early for family fun and games at 7:30 pm, when Summit Soundz takes pre-show musical requests. The film begins at dusk.
