Here’s a sight for sore feet: The protective “Keep Off the Grass” fencing around the historic Morristown Green came down on Monday.

It usually stays up into June, to allow for lawn re-seeding ahead of the busy summer season and the Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival.

The Trustees of the Green obviously know what they’re doing. The grass looks lush and well fed. And the flowers are spectacular, as always.

A couple of weeks ago, the Patriot’s Farewell fountain was activated. Time for some fun in the sun.
