Flash mobbing the Green: They Can’t Keep Quiet

0

NJ 11th for Change is skipping this week’s Friday with Frelinghuysen demonstration, for Good Friday. But a few members just couldn’t keep quiet.

So they showed up outside Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen’s (R-11th Dist.) office on Thursday (see below) to sing I Can’t Keep Quiet, MILCK’s unofficial anthem of the 2017 Women’s March.

Then they headed for the relative tranquility of the historic Morristown Green (top) for an encore.

The choir included Fern Wolkin, Christine Clarke, Liz Lynch, Nancy Warshowsky, Lisa Martin, Beth Bachmann, Noreen Staples, Harriet Knevals and Rae de la Cretaz.

Their grassroots organization, which is pressing the Congressman for a town hall meeting, among other issues, has been featured on Rachel Maddow’s show and in the New York Times.

Will America’s Got Talent be next?
