For all you policy wonks out there, here’s video of the action at last night’s (April 3, 2017) Morris Township Planning Board meeting that paves the way for the Colgate Redevelopment plan to be officially adopted by the Township Committee:  Master Plan Amendment for Colgate: PB Mtg 4.3.17

The Planning Board approved an amendment to the Land Use Element of Morris Township’s Master Plan — an amendment that specifically deals with the Colgate site. They also gave their approval that the Colgate Redevelopment Plan is consistent with the newly amended Master Plan.

The Township Committee’s special meeting Wednesday night, April 5, 2017, at the municipal building is the next step. This meeting will include the opportunity for the public to ask questions and make comments before the Township Committee votes to officially adopt the Colgate Redevelopment Plan.

Video of tomorrow night’s special meeting will be available on the Friends of Televised Access YouTube channel: Friends of Televised Access in Morris Township

And here is video from last month’s conceptual presentation about the Colgate project.
