Brynn Stanley lit up the Starlight Room at Morristown’s Mayo Performing Arts Center awhile back.

Now she moves to the big stage, opening for Jordan Smith of The Voice on Sunday, April 2, 2017.

“I love Jordan Smith.  He’s an incredibly talented vocalist,” Brynn said on Friday.

The Basking Ridge native will have her own cheering section, which is exciting. And she’ll get to share tunes from her debut album, Hello, California.

“They asked me to play only my originals, which I was beyond thrilled about!” Brynn said.

We second that emotion. While we can’t claim credit for discovering Brynn Stanley — her parents have that distinction — we feel darned lucky that she lent her amazing voice to the MorristownGreen.com theme song you hear on our videos.

And she knocked the ball out of the park on Sustainable Man, the theme to our MG Film Fest back when Brynn was in middle school.

We offered her a piece of the publishing if she would sing it on Sunday. Brynn’s email response arrived in a nanosecond:

“LOL.”
