An undocumented immigrant who pleaded guilty last month to sexually abusing a young Morristown girl was sentenced Friday to time spent in jail, and will be handed over to federal immigration officers for deportation to Honduras, the Daily Record reported.

Walter Ulloa, a 39-year-old landscaper, was one of four men accused of sexually abusing a girl between 2009 and 2015. The victim was 8 years old at the start of her ordeal, the paper reported.

Ulloa pled guilty to one count of criminal sexual contact, and spent 260 days in the Morris County Jail while his case was pending, according to the newspaper.

Earlier this year, Jose Bueso, 20, of Morristown, was sentenced to four years in state prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing the same girl.

Two other Morristown men, Orlando Soto, 50, and Marcos Carias, 36, were indicted last month on similar charges in the case.

All are undocumented, the paper said.

  1. It’s great that Morristown is a sanctuary city (if you’re a criminal). I bet the mayor and other apologists of people like this creep are happy. The rest of us? Not so much.
