The North Jersey Civil War Round Table presents Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi, author of Northern Women in the Aftermath of the Civil War, at 7:14 pm, in the Haggerty Education Center at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum, 353 E. The Morris County Winter Farmers Market returns at 10 a.m.to Morristown’s Alexander Hamilton School, where it will be every Sunday through April 9, 2017, from 10 am to 2 pm. It’s presented by the Foodshed Alliance Farmers’ Access Network, at 24 Mills St.
