Morristown was hit so hard but Morristown rallied magnificently thanks to our police and fire departments with the timely assistance of tree companies and JCPL (demonstrating extraordinary improvement over its performance following Hurricane Sandy).

Kudos to our mayor and town administrator top; they deserve to be included in the praise for a job well done!

We’ll get back in shape before we know it but before we do, and as we do, it’s so important to recognize and profoundly thank those who make that efficient and effective recovery possible.

  1. Working under trying circumstances in oppressive heat, Morristown and the utility workers were on the job. I cannot agree with Ms. Stamato more. Thank you all. Our kind neighbors in Franklin Corners were also there helping each other although some of them were in worse shape than we were.
