A pre-Halloween message from Morristown police, for Friday, Oct. 30, 2015:

The Morristown Police have been told that there will be plenty of ghouls, goblins and little monsters on South Street between 3 pm and 5 pm. Don’t be too alarmed though… just give them candy and they’ll go away happy.

Police will be in the area to make sure that the annual trick or treating event is safe for all but ask motorists to please use extra caution if driving through the center of town. We expect slight delays as our little ones cross the street and cars slow down to admire the costumes so if you are in a hurry, please plan an alternate route.
