The Morris County NAACP chapter is hosting a Second Ward candidates’ forum tonight, Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Morristown town hall.
Democrat Hiliari Davis-Oyesanya and Republican Sidney Williams Jr. are vying for the council seat being vacated by Raline Smith-Reid, a Democrat.
The event starts at 6:30 pm on the third floor of town hall, at 200 South St.
