If you hear a rumble in the southern sky over Morristown this morning, you are listening to echoes from 70 years ago.

Four vintage World War II warplanes are scheduled for a fly-over around 11:30 am today, Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, with a noon landing at Morristown Municipal Airport in Hanover.

The Wings of Freedom national tour includes B-17, B-24 and B-25 bombers and a P-51 Mustang fighter.   They will be here through Sept. 10 for tours and rides.  More details are here.
