The expo is free, and runs from noon to 4 pm at the Parsippany PAL, at 33 Baldwin Road. Here are details from the organization.

Parsippany – Thinking about buying your first home this year? The Housing Partnership NeighborWorks Homeownership Center, a HUD approved United Way agency, has the perfect place to start your journey.
Join us for a day of FREE information and workshops at our Annual Home Buyer Expo to be held on Saturday, March 28th from Noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Parsippany PAL, 33 Baldwin Road. The event is geared toward providing information to anyone considering the purchase of their first home. Over 25 exhibitors will be present with information and resources to those considering homeownership as well as current homeowners.
This is your opportunity to gather information on programs that exist in your community that can help you get closer to your goal of homeownership. Exhibitors range from Mortgage Representatives with information on special mortgage and refinance programs, Realtors with information on today’s housing market, Home Inspectors, and much more. The Housing Partnership will also have their Foreclosure Intervention Specialist onsite for those that may want more information on default and modification services offered.
The event will also features free information sessions throughout the day:
12:30 p.m. – Ins & Outs of Rehab Loans: understanding the process
1:30 p.m. – Is Now the Right Time to Buy?
2:30 p.m. – Budget Basics for Homeownership: getting started.
