Video: Harmonium performs ‘The Rain is Over and Gone’
Never mind the Winter Weather Advisory. The calendar says Spring finally is here. This bouncy performance from the Harmonium Choral Society captures our anticipation quite perfectly.
It’s titled The Rain is Over and Gone, by Paul Halley, and it features soloist Donna Ward. Anne Matlack conducted the choir earlier this month at the Morristown United Methodist Church, in a concert entitled Dark Night of the Soul.
But as you can see and hear on this video, this performance is anything but dark.
Next year, however, we would like the composer and the choir to alter this tune. How about: The Snow is Over and Gone…
