  1. The “Morris Model” for solar has a dismal performance. 2 main projects, both defaulted.
    There is no reason to “revive” anything except to deceive the public again. These projects were uneconomical and remain so. For an Administrator to say there is “profit” shows us what a mess NJ government is truly in. Do the math. Better yet, have our Government come clean.
