The Morristown & Township Library continues its 1964 movie series  with Nothing But a Man:

A proud black railroad worker falls in love with a preacher’s daughter but faces discriminatory challenges in the 1960s American South. Starring Ivan Dixon and Abbey Lincoln. Not Rated.  95 min.

The screening room opens at 6:15 pm and the film rolls at 6:45; light refreshments will be served. The library is at One Miller Road in Morristown.

At 7 pm, the Morristown Uke Jam holds its monthly Don Ho-down at Anthony’s Pizza, fronting  the historic Morristown Green.  Bring your uke, or just sing along between bites of pepperoni.
