Rendering of 'Latitude' apartments, scheduled to replace Morristown's public works garage as part of Speedwell Avenue redevelopment.
An early rendering of the ‘Latitude’ apartments, now called Modera 44, which have replaced Morristown’s public works garage as part of the Speedwell Avenue redevelopment.

Twenty-six units–consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments–in the Modera 44 Apartments (formerly known as the Latitude project) near Morristown High School will be offered at reduced rents to qualified applicants.

The application deadline is Sept. 17, 2014.  Download the forms here.

These units are part of a 268-apartment complex that is nearing completion on the former site of the town public works garage, between Early Street and Atno Avenue.

It’s the first phase of a massive Speedwell Avenue redevelopment.
