A gazebo, a band and popcorn, on a t-shirt-and-sandals evening in August… what could be better than?

Summertime, and the livin’ is easy… as Aftermath sang on Tuesday night at Ginty Field.

Morris Township’s free summer concert series concludes on Aug. 12, 2014, with swing music from The Moonlighters.  Note the 6:30 pm start.

And still on the horizon:

Saturday, Aug. 23: The animated comedy classic Despicable Me 2.  It’s also the night of the third annual Family Camp-Out Night at Ginty. The camping fee is $10.

Saturday, Oct. 25: Just in time for Halloween, it’s the 1985 adventure-comedy classic The Goonies.
