Morris Superintendent of Schools Thomas Ficarra called the Morristown High School class of 2014 “truly exceptional.”
That certainly goes for the seniors’ musical talent. Some of it is showcased here, from Wednesday’s commencement.
The first clip features Katherine Merwin closing the National Anthem, and handing off the Alma Mater to Molly Goldberg, Sara Dalpe and Sarah Washington.

Katherine and classmate Julia Cipriani (who plays keyboard in our second video clip) won Morristown’s Got Talent! in 2013.
Sara Dalpe and classmates Jordan Rabinowitz and Valerie Bai won this year’s talent show .
Molly Goldberg starred in the MHS production of Seussical the Musical.
In the second clip, teacher Michael Nuzzo leads the Senior Choir–watch for Katherine, Molly, Sara and Sarah–in the aptly titled For Good, from Wicked.
