Morristown police report that Spring Street is reopened to traffic, shortly before 5 pm on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014.
It had been closed briefly out of concerns that heavy rains might further collapse a structure that lost part of its roof on Thursday because of heavy snow
Why is it that building owners are aloud to let their building deteriorate to the point where we now need to stop traffic on a daily basis to see if the rest of their building is going to collapse? Maybe they need to get a crew in there TODAY to take it down to a safe height?
