What’s all this talk about climate change?  The climate never changes. It just snows. Very consistently.

Another three- to four inches of white stuff is coming overnight into Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, according to the latest winter weather advisory from the National Weather Service.

Once again, Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty is urging residents to park free inside Morristown Parking Authority garages, so snow plows can clear the streets.

The free parking extends through Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 8 am.  Residents must show their drivers’ licenses to have parking fees waived.

The parking venues are:

  • Dalton garage on Cattano Avenue
  • The Ann/Bank streets garage
  • The DeHart garage
  • The Vail Mansion parking deck

“Moderate to heavy” snow is forecast for Tuesday’s morning commute, with snowfall tapering off by noon, according to the weather service.
