Morristown police urge motorists and pedestrians to beware of icy conditions this morning, Jan. 15, 2014.
They note delays on Morris Street because of an accident–no details yet on that one–and also say that Early Street will be closed between Speedwell and Atno avenues until 2 pm, for construction.
